7 Oaks Bodywork and Massage- A massage that is functional and relaxing all in one session.
At 7 Oaks Bodywork & Massage, I believe your body is always communicating. Pain, tension, stiffness, headaches, poor sleep, and limited movement aren’t random. They’re often clues that something else is asking for attention.
Rather than focusing only on where it hurts, I look at how your entire body works together. By listening to what your body is telling us, we can uncover patterns, restore balance, and help you move with greater comfort and confidence.
Every session is customized to your unique needs. Whether we’re using therapeutic massage, Thai stretching, cupping, acupressure, craniosacral therapy, or movement education, my goal remains the same: to help you feel better, move better, and understand your body more deeply.
Most importantly, I want you to leave with more than relaxation. I want you to leave with knowledge, practical tools, and confidence so your healing continues long after your appointment ends.
Because true wellness isn’t about becoming dependent on a therapist.
It’s about becoming more connected to your own body

I love these massages!! I enjoy every part of them - the atmosphere, the feeling of being welcomed, the professional yet personal therapist, and just feeling wonderful about the whole experience,..
I have been on a journey to alleviate neck/back pain for 10+ years, chiropractic at first cause I refused to do the surgery or pill route. I discovered Thai Massage(assisted stretching technique) in Denver while traveling and have not looked back. It has been a godsend to find Michelle in this area to continue my Thai stretching, skeletal alignment, and full range of motion techniques to succeed in solving annoying pain issues. Regular weekly visits and 10 minutes of stretching at home each day has kept me virtually pain free for the 45years I've been going to Michelle. She also has a 20 year background in PT which is an added bonus to address pain. Michelle is truly a HEALER!! 7 Oaks is a hidden gem in this area for natural/organic pain solutions....Scott
Michelle has done a great job helping me with tight muscles. Her Thai assisted stretching has really helped me loosen up my muscles. She bends me in all different ways to increase my flexibility. She also helps me by providing me with different stretches I can perform at home which also keeps me loose. Finally she is a very nice person, who I enjoy visiting with for the length of my 90 minute appointment. I have used a number of different massage therapists but Michelle is tops in my books.....Brent
Michelle is awesome! As a physical therapy assistant she super knowledgeable about the body and is an excellent listener. After you discuss the problems you want to address, she doesn't simply just "massage" over sore spots, she uses many different techniques to address the underlying issue(s) that is causing your discomfort. Best massage I've ever had!!!...Katie
I recently saw Michelle, at 7 Oaks for some stretching and a massage. She used Thai stretching techniques (which I had never heard of) on me and they were AMAZING! She was able to stretch muscles that I have never been able to, and relieve a ton of compression in my spine. I have a back injury from years ago, when I have to sit a lot for work or homework it really aggravates my injury. I will be going back for more Thai stretching to relieve the pain. I absolutely recommend her and the techniques she uses for anyone who has pain and tension in their body. Brandi
I love how knowledgeable Michelle is! She really knows how to help with problem areas. Not only relaxing, it’s therapeutic.....Heidi

What sets 7 Oaks apart?
Some bodywork feels good. Some bodywork changes how your body functions. Your session is guided by over 3 decades of advanced, hands-on experience in bodywork—where subtle dysfunctions, chronic tension patterns, and postural imbalances are not only seen, but understood at their source. This level of care is shaped by decades of refined clinical practice, allowing for precision, intuition, and depth that goes far beyond surface-level relief. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It is informed touch, grounded expertise, and a highly trained ability to recognize what the body is truly asking for. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, restored, and noticeably more at ease in your body.
Thai Massage (Assisted Stretching)
Thai massage is a traditional therapeutic bodywork method that blends assisted stretching, acupressure, and gentle rhythmic movement to support mobility, relaxation, and whole-body balance. In this session, you are fully supported as I guide your body through a series of passive, yoga-like stretches designed to gently open tight areas, improve joint mobility, and restore natural movement patterns. No effort is required on your part—your body is moved for you in a slow, intentional, and comfortable way. This approach focuses heavily on functional stretching to help release tension patterns, improve flexibility, and create more ease in how your body moves and feels.
Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, specialized technique that supports the body’s natural lymphatic system, which plays an important role in fluid balance, tissue health, and immune function. This method uses light, rhythmic movements—often including gentle stretching, gliding, and subtle pumping techniques—to encourage the natural movement of lymph through the body’s pathways and lymph nodes. It is performed without deep pressure or traditional massage oil, allowing for a light, skin-focused approach that supports surface-level fluid flow. Because the lymphatic system follows a specific directional pathway, treatment is done in a structured sequence to help ensure fluid is guided effectively through the body. It is important to understand that lymphatic massage is a supportive therapy, not a quick fix. Results vary based on the individual, and many clients benefit most from a series of sessions combined with hydration, movement, and overall self-care practices. When used consistently, this therapy can help reduce fluid congestion, support post-surgical recovery, and promote a sense of lightness and balance in the body.
Concussion therapy
Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS) is a specialized therapeutic technique that combines gentle microcurrent stimulation with acupuncture-point-based methods to support the body’s natural regulatory and recovery processes. This approach is used as a supportive modality for individuals experiencing lingering symptoms following concussions or head trauma, such as headaches, neck tension, dizziness, sleep disturbances, and cognitive fatigue. By working with specific points on the body, MPS aims to help calm the nervous system, support circulation, and reduce areas of muscular and neurological tension. Many clients find this therapy helpful as part of a broader recovery plan to support comfort and overall function during healing.
Targeted and Integrative Massage Techniques
Experience a more informed and intentional approach to massage therapy, grounded in a deeper understanding of the human body and how it moves, compensates, and heals. With a background in physical therapy, each session is designed with a clinical awareness of anatomy, movement patterns, and muscular function. This allows for a more targeted and effective approach—going beyond relaxation to address the underlying sources of tension and imbalance. Massage therapy at 7 Oaks is a holistic, hands-on treatment that supports pain relief, improved circulation, mobility, and nervous system regulation. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to your body’s needs in the moment, whether that means focused therapeutic work, full-body relaxation, or a blend of both. The result is a massage experience that feels both restorative and purposeful—helping you move better, feel better, and function with greater eas
